Halu Halu Halu..
Pagi tadi aku amik Herbalife f1 400ml dan tepat jam 8:30am my Herbalife f1 finish. Later on 10:00am aku buat Herbalife tea pulak 250ml with half tablespoon. Later 1:00pm i went for lunch. I ate nasi(half), ayam goreng (wing), petola. Then aku buat Herbalife tea again another 250ml. Malam i buat herbalife f1 400ml and herbalife tea 250ml. Then tdoo..
Well Herbalife f1 i pilih choc. Rasa dia macam nestum milo. So memang berserat la masa minum tu. Slowly minum sikit2 sampai habis. Kalau sekali teguk memang boleh muntah. In the morning, aku start minum pukul 6:50am, pukul 8:30am baru habis.
Herbalife tea pulak lebih kepada rasa ice lemon tea tawar. Oh my tea is the original taste. There is new peach tea btw. Bila minum tea tu rasa macam lapar sket.
Oh..lupa nak cakap.. for my short note... pagi tadi lepas aku keluar putra and walked to my office, i am over sweat. Pastueh, after lunch bila dah start duduk, badan rasa macam panas2 sket walaupun ada air-cond.
